Cherry Bomb Mimosas

1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. maraschino cherry juice (from the jar of cherries)
1 bottle champagne
Orange slices, for garnish

In champagne flutes, combine pineapple juice and maraschino cherry juice. Top off with champagne and garnish with an orange slice.


  • 2 oz whiskey.
  • 1oz sweet vermouth.
  • 1 to 2 dashes bitters, such as Angostura.
  • Orange peel.
  • Real Maraschino Cherries

Place ice in a low-ball cup. Add the whiskey, vermouth and then bitters. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the cocktail glass. Add 1 to 2 Real Maraschino Cherries and enjoy!

Caramel Irish Coffee

  • 1 ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey

  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream

  • 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps

  • 2 1/2 ounces coffee

  • Garnish: ​ whipped cream

  • Garnish: caramel

Warm a mug or Irish coffee glass by pouring hot water inside. Allow this to set for a few minutes, then dump the water. Add all of the ingredients to the warm mug and stir. Top with whipped cream and drizzle caramel on top.

The Long Island

  • 1/2 ounce triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce light rum
  • 1/2 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce tequila
  • 1-ounce sour mix
  • 7 ounces Cola (or enough to top off a Collins glass)
  • Garnish: lemon wedge

Pour the spirits and sour mix into a collins glass with ice. Stir very well. Top the glass off with cola and then garnish with a lemon wedge.
